Rooms are new and clean and spacious too.. Bathroom excellent! Towels are soft..
Front office and staff with minimal English knowledge. Breakfast was bad.. Not many choices, only plain porridge, hard boiled eggs, little sandwiches n banana. N repeated same every morning. Serve @ 7-10am, but at 8:30am there were no more breakfast left even not many staying in the hotel.. Poor breakfast! Those who plan to stay this hotel, pls take breakfast outside...

It is also very close to the Catholic cathedral, making it easy to explore the city's religious landmarks. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like LCD TVs, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. the bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and provide complimentary toiletries. the staff is generally nice and can speak English, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
The breakfast selection is limited and could be improved.

We like the cleanliness of the place. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Also the location is quite near to where we want to go. The restaurant is just next door.
The pricing of the rooms which is very high. With the discount it is bearable.

Superb location for shoppers and sightseers alike. The hotel is easily reachable with various modes of transport, and there are a lot of great wholesale shops in walking distance. The staff is courteous and helpful, especially one enthusiastic staff member who goes above and beyond to enhance guest experience. The room is well maintained and very clean, with all the basic amenities.
The breakfast menu remains unchanged every day, and its variety is poor for the price charged. the breakfast area is often crowded, and the food items run out quickly with a delay in replenishment.
